Delete your Launchwell account

You can request deletion of your Launchwell parent account and associated Launchwell-held data. This page explains how. It does not ask for passwords, MFA codes, payment-card details, or raw purchase tokens.

Option A — In the app

Open Launchwell on your device.
Go to Settings.
Open account management.
Choose Delete Launchwell account and follow the confirmation steps.

Exact menu labels may vary slightly by app version, but deletion remains under Settings → account management.

Option B — Without app access

Email support@launchwell.cc from the Google account email associated with your Launchwell parent account.

Please include:

That you are requesting Launchwell account deletion
The email used for your Launchwell / Google sign-in (if different from the From: address)
Any child profile display names you want us to confirm against (optional, for matching)

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment-card numbers, bank details, or Play purchase token strings.

What deletion means — and what it does not

Launchwell account deletion ≠ Google Account deletion. Your Google Account remains unless you delete it separately with Google.
Launchwell account deletion does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. If you subscribed to Launchwell Premium, cancel or manage the subscription in the Google Play subscriptions settings to stop future charges.
Offline devices: A phone or tablet that has not reconnected may temporarily keep old local Launchwell data until it syncs deletion state or you clear the app’s local storage / uninstall.

After we process a request

We delete or de-identify Launchwell-held account data associated with your parent account according to our systems and retention needs for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Some residual records may remain for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate security purposes.
